Short-Term Summer Workshop Housing

We're glad you are considering staying with us for your summer conference housing needs. See below for information as it pertains to the residence halls that will be available for your stay, rates and additional services.

Housing Rates (Summer 2015)

Room Type Daily Rate Per Person
Non Air Conditioned Double
(Noehren Hall)
Non Air Conditioned Single

Contracts should be submitted early to ensure consideration for these spaces and the facility requested. Room rates will be billed beginning with the first day of the workshop and ending with the last night of lodging. Because of limited housing opportunities, children and/or spouses of workshop participants are not able to be accommodated in any of the buildings.

Meal Service

Dining will be available in the Piazza Dining Center in Redeker Center, as well as venues within Maucker Union.

Workshop participants can obtain parking permits at their respective hall office during the check-in process. Permits are also available through the Department of Public Safety, (319) 273-2712. Permit parking will be available in the lot near Panther Village and Noehren Hall, or in any C lot on campus.

Billing Information

You will be billed following the last day of your workshop. This bill will be sent to your home address and payment should be submitted to the Business Operations Office. If you are a university student, the bill will be processed to your U-bill.
