Shull Hall is close to academic buildings. Conference staff members stay in Shull Hall overnight to assist participants when needed. Place a room request at least one week in advance. Space is reserved on a first come, first served basis.
Hall Features
Shull Hall has single rooms that are furnished with beds, desks, dressers, closets, and a sink. Housing service includes sheets, pillow, blanket, and two towels. Every room in Shull is air-conditioned. There is a recreation room for relaxing and watching television. A laundry room and a kitchen facility are located on the ground level.
The Noehren Hall Office is open from 7:30 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday; and open until 10 pm when guests are in Noehren. The office phone number is (319) 273-2229. Noehren Hall is adjacent to Shull Hall.
Room Rate Information
Participants may request a single room at Shull for $23.00 per day. If a double room is requested, accommodations will be made in either the ROTH Complex or in Shull Hall at a cost of $21.00 per day/per person. Single rooms are available in limited numbers. Contracts should be submitted early to ensure consideration for these spaces and the facility requested. Room rates will be billed beginning with the first day of the workshop and ending with the last night of lodging. Because of limited housing opportunities, children and/or spouses of workshop participants cannot be accommodated at Shull Hall.
Billing Information
You will be billed for room and/or board after the end of your workshop. This bill will be sent to your home address and payment should be submitted to the University Business Operations Office.

During the summer of 2008, meal service will be available at the Piazza in Redeker Center and Chats at Maucker Union.
Parking
Workshop participants can obtain parking permits at University Police Parking Division, 106 Towers Center, (319) 273-2712. These permits allow you to park in a lot near Shull Hall, or in any other 'C' lot on campus.
