These features are available in all housing facilities

	Feature	Description
	Air Conditioned House Lounges	These buildings offer air conditioning in house lounges.
	Cable TV Access	Cable TV access is provided in these locations.
	Community Laundry Center	Washers and dryers for student access.
	Kitchenette	Shared kitchenette provided.
	Neighborhood Computer Lab	The computer labs have free printing across campus and provide convenient network access to UNI and off-campus resources.
	On Campus Bus Route	There is a bus route around the campus that stops at all of the housing communities around campus.
	Open Fall & Spring Breaks	These locations are open during Fall Break (Thanksgiving week) and Spring Break.
	Pet Free Community	Pets are not allowed in these locations for maintenance and respect of other inhabitants. Fish are allowed unless otherwise stated.
	ResNet Internet	These buildings offer Resnet internet access.
	Smoke-free Housing	These buildings do not allow smoking.
