Here's what you will pay this year for the clean, caring convenience of on-campus living. All amounts listed are for the academic year (fall and spring semesters). There is an additional activity fee of $20 for all students living in the residence halls and ROTH complex. Bartlett residents: add $112 for air conditioning. Please click here for rates.
Your e-bill
Students assigned space and registered before August 10 can access their account information on August 11. Login to MyUNIverse to access your e-bill account (enrolled students do not receive a paper bill). Students registered and assigned after this date can access their account on September 11th. Students not enrolled in UNI classes, but living on campus, also access their accounty information by logging into MyUNIverse.
