Academic Aides assist students with disabilities by reading or scribing tests or other similar services. Pay for this position begins at minimum wage. To apply, please complete the Academic Aide application form and return it to Student Disability Services, 103 Student Health Center. Your name will be placed on a list of students interested in working as Academic Aides. As the needs of students vary from semester to semester, there is no guarantee that you will be hired.

Personal Care Attendants assist students with disabilities with personal care needs such as feeding, bathing, and lifting, and other similar services. Attendants are interviewed, hired, and paid by the student who will use the services. Student Disability Services maintains a list of personal care attendants available for hire. As the needs of students vary from semester to semester, there is no guarantee that you will be hired as a Personal Care Attendant.
