If after reading the 9 modules, you are interested in becoming a Safe Zone Ally, complete the quiz .

The quiz consists of 52 true/false and multiple choice questions.  Some of them are related to facts from the modules.  Others ask what you might do in a situation.  Please answer with the response that describes what you would be most likely to do.  These questions have several correct answers.   

Receiving 80% (that is 42 questions or more correct out of 52), will qualify you as a UNI SAFE ZONE ALLY, making you part of a growing network of UNI students, staff, and faculty who are making UNI  a more inclusive community. Follow successful completion of the quiz, complete the form requesting your contact information.  You will receive a Safe Zone Ally packet consisting of a Safe Zone Ally card to post, and a button and wristband to wear.

If you do not receive the necessary 80%, wait 30 minutes,  come back, and try again.
