General Security Information

Plan to arrive early

Please plan to arrive early for each session as each person will be required to enter through metal detectors into the McLeod Center. Doors open at 8:15 a.m. for the morning session and will close at 9:15 a.m. The doors will open at 12:30 p.m. and close at 1:45 for the afternoon session.

Leave bags behind

It's suggested tote bags, backpacks, purses and any other extra items be left in vehicles as this will slow the security entrance required through the metal detectors. Small personal cameras will be allowed. In the event of inclement weather, please note that umbrellas will not be allowed inside. They may be left at the door to be picked up when you leave.

Subject to search

Any bag or person is subject to search as may be required by the security level demanded the day of the event.

Severe weather

Severe weather announcements and instructions will be provided via the video boards and PA announcements in the McLeod Center. Remain calm and follow the instructions given relative to the weather conditions.
