SOAR VISION

The vision of SOAR is to engage all military families and the military community support personnel in high-quality educational experiences that enable their children to succeed.

SOAR MISSION

The mission of SOAR is to provide access to and encourage engagement with a variety of free, research-based educational resources that support military families and the military community support personnel that serve them in their pursuit of academic excellence from cradle to college.

SOAR GOALS & OBJECTIVES

The goal of SOAR is to increase engagement between families and military community support personnel with children to support quality learning. To accomplish this goal, we will:

  • provide high-quality online educational resources.
  • awareness of SOAR resources.
  • ensure that the online SOAR resources are easily accessible and provide a productive user experience.
