Trauma Informed Training Conference

TRAUMA-INFORMED CARE TRAINING CONFERENCE

The National Center for Trauma-Informed Care (NCTIC) will be providing training to faculty and area agency administrators and staff. The training will include:

• Definition of trauma and its impact on the brain
• Life stories
• Information and techniques for a trauma-informed approach, including the use of seclusion and restraints
• Practitioner self-care

Time: 10:00 am, Registration Begins at 9:00 am
