These workshops combine information, discussion, and activities designed to help students improve their personal lives, academic performance, and interpersonal relationships. The workshops, led by graduate students in the Mental Health Counseling Program or Counseling Center staff members, are interactive, informative, and enjoyable.
All workshops are held from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. in the Counseling Center, 103 Student Health Center (upper level).
Because seating is limited, pre-registration is recommended. Please call the Counseling Center at (319) 273-2676 to make a reservation.
