The UNI Counseling Center offers workshops on a variety of topics of interest to students. These workshops combine information, discussion, and activities designed to help students improve their personal lives, academic performance, and interpersonal relationships.
All workshops are held at the Counseling Center, 103 Student Health Center (upper level).
Because seating is limited is limited to 15 people, pre-registration is required. Please call the Counseling Center at (319) 273-2676 to make a reservation.

STRESS AND TIME MANAGEMENT:
College life can be stressful and at times become overwhelming. Learn practical tips, techniques, and methods of effective time and stress management. This workshop will teach you techniques to lessen stress and anxiety and live life more fully. Tuesday January 29, 3:00.—4:00 p.m.
OVERCOMING TEST ANXIETY AND PROCRASTINATION:
Many people experience test anxiety as a result of a lack of preparation. Do you tend to put off what could likely get done today? Receive practical suggestions for decreasing test anxiety and learn how to stop procrastinating. Thursday February 21, 4:00-5:00 p.m.
