The Counseling Center provides outreach services to UNI students, organizations, groups, and classes. To request a presentation please complete and submit this form online and the Counseling Center will make every effort to meet the request.
Please submit the form at least 2 weeks prior to your desired presentation date.
Once the form is submitted a representative from the Counseling Center will contact you to confirm your request.
