What is Your Eating Attitude?
Thursday February 28, 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
WRC 104 (Wellness Lab)

Do you have healthy eating habits and attitudes? You can find out by attendingthe Eating Attitudes Screening Day. This program offers education and screening to help students identify and stop unhealthy eating habits before they evolve into an eating disorder.

National Anxiety Screening Day

Thursday April 5, 9:30 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.

Counseling Center

 

Are you experiencing excessive worrying, panic attacks, performance anxiety, muscle tension, test anxiety, troubling and unwanted thoughts, fear of social situations or other anxiety symptoms? Learn about anxiety and how it may be affecting you by attending this screening event at the Counseling Center.

 

National Alcohol Screening Day

Are you concerned about your drinking? This is an opportunity for education and screening to get helpful feedback about your use of alcohol.

 

  • Tuesday April 3, noon to 2:00 pm at Noehren Hall
  • Wednesday April 4, noon to 2:00 pm at Campbell Hall
  • Thursday April 5, noon to 2:00 pm at Maucker Union
  • Thursday April 5, 4:00 to 6:00 pm at the WRC, Room 104
