The MOC Endorsement allows the holder to supervise students in cooperative programs, school-to-work programs and similar situations in which students are placed in school-sponsored, in-the-job situations. Candidates for the MOC Endorsement must have completed a teacher education program, possess a 7-12 license, and have 4,000 hours of experience in two or more occupations.

Philosophy and historical development, principles, practices and organization of public career and technical and adult education in the nation.
This is a foundations course. It includes foundations of career and technical education as well as foundations of community colleges.
