Teaching Deliberatively: Thinking Differently about Things that Matter -- Report released

June 28 - July 2, 2010 and into the following school year, the Iowa Partners in Learning and the Iowa Writing Project conducted a workshop on civic literacy for 9 school building teams involving 23 secondary teachers. A report on the summer workshop was submitted to the Kettering Foundation whose National Issues Forums materials were instrumental in the learning activities.
