Please note:

If you did not graduate from UNI and you are enrolling for graduate level credit, you must arrange to have an official copy of your transcripts or a verification of your degree be sent to the UNI Office of the Registrar. The process for requesting transcripts from your home institution can usually be found on the institution’s web site. To be considered official, transcripts or verifications must be sent directly from the issuing institution to the UNI Office of the Registrar, Attention: Wendy M., 115 Gilchrist Hall, Cedar Falls, IA, 50614-0006 or faxed to 319-273-6792. Student-issued copies of personal transcripts or letters of verification are not acceptable. Failure to provide all necessary verifications will cause your classification to be changed to undergraduate status prior to your grades being posted.

Submission of an enrollment form does not constitute admission to the University or to a specific degree program. Some courses have restricted enrollment.
