This workshop is designed to provide a hands-on practical approach for taking concepts and materials utilized in the classroom and implementing them into a usable selection contest application. Possible topics include creative thinking, scriptwriting, performance theory, performance applications, topic selections, staging, etc. Emphasis is placed on interpretation and performance and public speaking. By the end of the week, you will have created classroom assignments and/or performance pieces.
