This course will prepare experienced managers to advance into a senior leadership position. Participants will be challenged to change from thinking like a manager to thinking like a strategic leader. Views will be stretched by interacting with experienced managers from other organizations, and participants will gain a better understanding of their strengths to improve their leadership performance. This leadership development will transform the way the participant interprets, manages and solves problems
