How much do tickets to UNI Interpreters Theatre events cost?
ADMISSION IS FREE! The UNI Interpreters Theatre is funded through the generosity of the UNI Student Government, the College of Humanities and Fine Arts, and the Department of Communication Studies. Sometimes, due to special arrangements with particular artists we are required to charge an admission fee to produce an event, but this does not happen very often.

How do I make reservations for performances I want to attend?
We do not take reservations. Seating in the UNI Interpreters Theatre is on a first come, first served basis for each evening’s performance.

Ok, so how do I make sure I can get a seat for an Interpreters Theatre performance?
We recommend that you arrive at the theatre at least one hour before curtain time the evening of the event. Most events in the theatre begin at 7:30 pm sharp, and the house opens at 7:00 pm. We have passes that we hand out between 6:30 and 6:45 pm for that evening’s performance. If you have a pass, you have a seat!

Can I get there early and pick up passes for my friends and me?
Sorry, but because of the popularity of many of our events we only issue passes to people who are present. One pass per person!

Once I get a pass, what do I do with it?
Once you are issued a pass you must keep that pass with you at all times. If you need to leave the theatre for any reason, you must have the pass to reenter. We also do not hand out programs to people who have not been issued a pass.

Is there anything else I need to know about attending an event at the UNI Interpreters Theatre?
We prohibit the use of photography and recording devices during our productions. We also ask that people turn off all beepers, cell phones, and other electronic devices.

We hope to see you at the UNI Interpreters Theatre soon.
