Since 1994, Electronic Media majors at UNI have been required to take at least 3 hours of internship or co-operative education credit. (Students can take up to 6 hours of internship and 6 hours of co-op credit in the Communication Studies Department at UNI.) Finding the right place depends on what you want to do and how far you want to go.
