Registration Information

Conference registration will take place on Friday, September 29th from noon to 5:00 PM and on Saturday, September 30th from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.  Conference attendees are strongly encouraged to Pre-Register.  Attendees and speakers do not have to be members of the ICA to participate in the programs.  However, everyone must pay the registration fees. Registration will be in the Holiday Inn Lobby area.

Lodging Information

The Holiday Inn at Cedar Falls, Iowa is the official hotel of the conference.  Programs and special events will take place in the hotel.  The hotel address is:

Rate is $80 (plus tax) at the Holiday Inn. Rooms are also available at the Days Inn which is next door for $59 (plus tax). This hotel is associated with the Holiday Inn.  The special conference room rate at the Holiday Inn are for ICA members and conference attendees. Be sure to identify yourself as an ICA member.

Note:  Please make reservations before September 1st to ensure receiving the conference rate.  Reservations after that date will be made as available, and at regular room rates.

Membership and registration fees may be paid at the conference, but making these arrangements in advance greatly assists us in serving you better.  The conference hotel is asking for advance numbers on meals for this conference, so it is distinctly to your advantage to preregister this year.
