Communication Education
About the Program
This program is designed for students who:
- Are currently certified at the secondary level and seek an advanced degree in Speech Communication.
- Plan to make a career of college teaching.
- Plan to pursue a Ph.D. in Communication Education.
Courses are selected to provide a varied background in speech communication with the opportunity to couple that with the study of pedagogy. Areas of specialization are determined by the student's interests.
