Research Interests

My research interest is in comparative media systems with special focus on U.S. media reportage of international events. I also have interest in international public relations and freedom of expression.

Personal/Professional Interests

My doctoral dissertation was a critical examination of military suppression of expression in Nigeria. Some of my works have been published by Greenwood Press, University Press of America, Lawrence Erlbaum Associates, and in the Gazette: International, Journal of Mass Communication, Political Communication and Persuasion, Public Relations Quarterly, African Media Review, Issue: A Journal of Opinion, and International Third World Studies Journal and Review.
