Professional & Scientific Position Evaluation Committee

The Professional and Scientific Position Evaluation Committee is responsible for reviewing proposed new and revised point ratings for positions covered by the Professional and Scientific Policies and Procedures. The committee will act on requests from the Human Resource Services Department, the department head, or an individual occupying a position in the system.

The committee is composed of five voting members who hold annual appointment assignments exempt from the University Professional and Scientific Personnel Policies and Procedures and are named by the vice presidents. The committee coordinates with the Vice President for Administration and Finance and meets on the call of the chairperson of the committee.
