Registration has opened! Please see the attached file. To register, download and print this form and mail it with your check to the address listed. Due to technical difficulties, online registration is not available at this time. However, this option may be available in the near future.

The price for professionals to attend both days of the conference is $180 in advance and $200 at the door (or $120 in advance for one day and $140 the day of).

Student cost is $15 for one day and $30 for both days.
