Nearly 85 percent of our students receive some form of financial assistance. The goal of the Financial Aid Office is to help you obtain financial assistance to achieve your educational goals. Our staff will explain your financial aid options, demystify the aid process, and ensure everything is done to help you with the cost of attending college.

Out-of-State Tuition
While our out-of-state tuition is higher than in-state, UNI is still an excellent value. Our excellent programs often attract out-of-state students to apply to UNI. There are also scholarships specifically targeted to out-of-state students. UNI Tuition and Fees
Discipline-Specific Tuition
Typically, UNI does not charge higher tuition for any specific discipline or major. Some programs may have special fees based on material use, etc., but that is a rare exception to the normal tuition and fees. UNI Tuition and Fees
