The 2016 University of Northern Iowa Leaders in Education Lectures Series will feature Dr. Debbie Reese educational scholar and editor of American Indians in Children’s Literature. The lectures is titled: “Teachers teach, but what will you teach?”: Using Children’s Literature to Teach About the United States. The event is in conjunction with the 2016 Education Summit. This event is free and open to the public.
