GRADUATE STUDIES COMMITTEE

Function: Develops policy and/or procedures and recommendations related to graduate education in the College of Education, the periodic and systemic study of graduate programs approved within the College and the review of graduate curricular proposals.
   
Membership: One graduate faculty representative elected by and from regular status graduate departments on a rotating basis and two student representatives rotated among those departments/schools with graduate programs. COE Graduate Council members and the College Dean, or his/her designee, serve as ex-officio members.
   
Term: 3 years.
