210 Jurisdiction.
The College of Education Graduate Faculty shall
participate in the formulation and establishment
of educational policies pertaining to the graduate
program of the College, subject to the actions of
the College Faculty, the University Graduate Council
or Faculty, and the University Faculty. These policies
shall be subject to the approval of the Board of
Regents.
220 Membership. The College of
Education Graduate Faculty shall consist of the
Dean of the College of Education, and those members
of the College of Education faculty who have been
admitted into regular membership in the University
Graduate Faculty. The President, the Vice-President
for Academic Affairs, and the Dean of the Graduate
College shall be ex-officio members of the College
of Education Graduate Faculty.
230 Presiding Officer. The presiding
officer of the College of Education Graduate Faculty
shall be the Dean of the College of Education.
240 Meetings. The College of Education
Graduate Faculty may be called into session by:
(a) the President or Vice-President for Academic
Affairs, (b) the Dean of the Graduate College (c)
the Dean of the College of Education or by (d) the
Secretary of the College of Education Faculty upon
receipt of a petition signed by twenty or more members
of the College Graduate Faculty.
250 Quorum. Thirty percent of the
number of full-time College of Education Regular
Graduate Faculty members who were eligible to vote
in any given semester shall constitute a quorum
of the College Graduate Faculty.
