Rob Boody is Associate Professor of Research, Measurement, and Evaluation at the University of Northern Iowa. He earned his Ph.D. in Instructional Science from BYU in 1992. Since 1999 he has been heavily involved in the development of accountability and assessment systems in teacher education as well as the Renaissance Teacher Work Sample assessment.

Victoria Robinson is Associate Professor of Educational Leadership at the University of Northern Iowa. She has provided Teacher Work Sample, assessment and accountability consultation for over twenty American universities and six Chilean universities. Dr. Robinson was also instrumental in the design and implementation of the electronic accountability and assessment system for the University of Northern Iowa's principal and superintendent program.
