Using WiggleWorks in the UNI College of Education, Fall 2005
 All platforms: The computer you use for WiggleWorks must be connected to the network and COE’s WiggleWorks server before you start Wiggleworks.

Macintosh

  • In the Finder, click on the “Go” menu and select “Connect to server.”
  • Enter the server address “coe3.coe.uni.edu” and click “Connect.”
  • Enter the username “wiggleworks” and the password “wiggleworks.”
  • From the list of available server volumes, scroll down to “wiggleworks,” click on it and then click “OK.”
  • Launch Wiggleworks

Windows

  • From the desktop, double click “My Network Places.”Double click the network place “wiggleworks.”
  • Enter the username “wiggleworks” and the password “wiggleworks.”
  • Go to the “Tools” menu and select “Map Network Drive…”
    • For “folder” type “\\coe3\wiggleworks.”
    • For “Drive” select “W:.”
  • Launch Wiggleworks
Office Computers
College of Education office computers may let you skip some steps, such as going to the Wiggleworks network place or mapping the netowork drive. If you have trouble with Wiggleworks in your office please contact neil.clopton@uni.edu.

Off Campus or Non-COE Computers
Macintosh
  • In the Finder, click on the “Go” menu and select “Connect to server.”
  • Enter the server address “afp://coe3.coe.uni.edu” and click “Connect.”
  • Enter the username “wiggleworks” and the password “wiggleworks.”
  • From the list of available server volumes, scroll down to “wiggleworks,” click on it and click “OK.”
  • Launch Wiggleworks

Windows

  • From the desktop, double click “My Network Places.”
  • Click “Add A Network Place,” “Next,” and “Choose Another Network Location.”
  • Type in the internet address \\coe3\wiggleworks if on campus or smp://coe3.coe.uni.edu/wiggleworks for off campus.
  • Enter the username “wiggleworks” and the password “wiggleworks.”
  • From the address bar of the window that opens, copy the address.
  • Go to the “Tools” menu and select “Map Network Drive…”
  • For “folder” paste the address you copies
  • For “Drive” select “W:.”
  • Launch Wiggleworks
