Instructional Resources and Technology Services
consists of the Curriculum Lab, the Windows Lab, Macintosh Lab and Technology Methods Lab.
The IRTS Newsletter is distributed bi-monthly and summarizes the new material at IRTS and
provides dates for conferences and events. The mission of IRTS is to provide students,
faculty, teachers, and administrators with laboratories in which to examine and evaluate
new curriculum resources. The IRTS web page, www.uni.edu/coe/irtsweb/,
offers connections to many educational resources, including a link to the online version
of IRTSs Newsletter. Anyone interested in previewing or obtaining copies of IRTS
resources can stop in or call (319) 273-6066.
Reminder:
AEA educators have access to IRTS materials. Stop by or call
to request items to be sent via AEA van delivery. Your initial use of our automated system
requires that we gather information from you. We will ask for: Name / SS #/ Address /
Phone / School District and Building. A visitors card allows you to use the IRTS

Access our online catalog via the WWW at unistar.uni.edu IRTS is a member of the Cedar Valley
Library Consortium. This web site allows you to search all consortium member catalogs,
which include: UNI Rod Library, Cedar Falls and Waterloo Public Libraries and the Hawkeye
Community College Library .
