CONFERENCES |
The IEL strives to bring the knowledge base of
practice into relationship with the university community, resulting in
stimulating interaction which addresses complex leadership and educational
issues. This knowledge offers innovative ideas and new insights that serve
as a foundation for decision making and policy development.
The working conference format is a trademark of the IEL and the vehicle for bringing theory and practice together. Forty to fifty educators, university faculty and private sector leaders who have a keen interest in the issue, who are skilled communicators, and who are enthusiastic about exploring these challenges are organized to address critical issues. Each participant submits a short position paper in advance of the conference. |
