	Declaring a Major

• In order to declare a major or minor in any of the HPELS academic programs, you must

complete a "Declaration of Major" form, available from the Registrar or the HPELS office

(WRC 203). Additionally, some majors have separate application forms and minimum

requirements for entrance. Please contact Michelle Holland, the Undergraduate Advising
