The Educational Leadership Faculty at the University of Northern
Iowa develop and nurture reflective leaders of learning, service,
and change who make a difference in creating healthy schools and
communities.
The UNI Educational Leadership programs draw their strength from
an experienced and dedicated faculty, a convenient distance education
program, and a passion for outstanding school leadership. UNI’s
legacy as a leader in education and Students First philosophy provide
aspiring educational leaders with the skills, knowledge, and dispositions
necessary to lead schools forward in the 21st Century.
We offer a number of programs, including the Advanced Studies Certificate
(ASC)-principalship, MAE-principalship, ASC-superintendency, and
Ed.D.-doctorate of education. We welcome your interest in our programs
