Graduate students in the Department of Special Education presented two poster sessions at a national conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The presentations were given at the DEC 28th Annual Conference on Young Children with Special Needs and their Families on Monday, October 29th.  Marie Mock, Amanda DeLancey, and Katie Schutz presented a research study that examined teachers’ methods for providing small group instruction.  Sarah Oexmann and Sarah Saladino presented a study that examined teachers’ methods for supporting children’s performance participation in small group activities. Both sessions were well attended and the students received many positive comments about their research studies.
