Dr. Peter J. Neibert is a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer. Dr. Neibert received his Ph.D in Higher Education from the University of Idaho in 2004. He received a Master’s Degree in Athletic Training from Western Michigan University in 1997 and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education/Athletic Training from Idaho State University in 1996. Dr. Neibert has over 16 years of experience in the field of Athletic Training. He has worked in several athletic training work settings including; secondary schools, universities and sports medicine clinics. Dr. Neibert spent the first 6 years of his academic career at Xavier University in Cincinnati Ohio. His research interests are in the areas of evidence-based manual therapy, psychosocial aspects of physical rehabilitation, clinical reasoning skills and BOC exam performance, predictors of commitment to athletic training education and professional burnout. Dr. Neibert is happily married to Camille Dunn Neibert. They have been blessed with three beautiful children Madilin, Maegan, and Stockton.
