Deockki Hong is an assistant professor in the School of Health, Physical Education, and Leisure Services with a physical education pedagogy major. He got his undergraduate and master’s degree at Korea University, and his doctorate degree at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He has taught techonology in physical education, assessment in physical education, and physical education for elementary teacher courses since he joined UNI in 2013. His research interest has centered on body image in physical education, conceptual change in physical education, constructivist approach in physical education, and curriculum and instruction in physical education.
