Director of the Institute for Educational Leadership, Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership & Postsecondary Education, and Co-Chair of the Superintendent Preparation Program

Masters Degree:  University of South Dakota, 1967

Doctorate:  Ph.D. from Iowa State University, 1982
