Minor: Educational Technology

Students working on a bachelor’s degree in education should seriously consider this minor. Schools are becoming Technology Rich Learning Environments through 1-to-1 computer initiatives and this coursework prepares teachers to be users of and leaders for technology in the classroom. Students explore current and emerging technologies. They can select from a variety of electives to match their interests. A total of 17-18 credit hours are required for this minor, but most education majors are already required to take INSTTECH 1020 or INSTTECH 1031.
