The College of Education offers students many programs that prepare them for successful careers. It includes five departments and one school whose programs lead to Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts, Master of Arts in Education, Master of Science in Athletic Training, Specialist in Education and Doctor of Education degrees.

Our graduates become leaders as teacher educators, school psychologists, principals, superintendents, early childhood education providers, instructional technologists, health specialists, athletic trainers, professionals for nonprofit organizations and university faculty members. In addition, the Malcolm Price Laboratory School, Iowa's Research & Development School, offers students the outstanding opportunity to work with some of Iowa’s most innovative educators.
