31st Annual Conference of the School Administrators of Iowa

Faculty and administrators from the College of Education attended the 31st Annual Conference of the School Administrators of Iowa on August 9th and 10th in Des Moines. The SAI Conference had approximately 1,400 administrators from elementary, middle, and high schools throughout the State of Iowa. The theme of the conference was "Linking Leadership & Learning." The UNI team met with more than 700 alumni and friends in the exhibit hall and also co-hosted a reception for our network of Iowa administrators with the University of Iowa and Iowa State University. The representatives from UNI included: Dean Jeffrey Cornett, Interim Head Michael Waggoner, Bob Decker, Dave Else, Nick Pace, Greg Reed, Betty Hogan, and Tim Gilson, and Roger Kueter.
