The Iowa Academy of Education met on the UNI campus for its spring meeting. Established in 1996 by the FINE Foundation, the Iowa Academy of Education (IAE) is composed of outstanding Iowa researchers in the field of education. The IAE's key functions include preparing and disseminating documents that will inform practice and decision-making and give increased credibility to educational research. Dean Jeffrey W. Cornett is the current President.
