The Master of Arts in Education: Professional Development for Teachers is a degree program specifically designed to meet the professional development needs of practicing teachers. It allows you to combine coursework in education with further study in the content areas that you teach. The intent of this degree program is to increase your knowledge base in your teaching disciplines, or to develop new expertise in related disciplines, while sharpening your understanding and skills as a classroom teacher.
