EARLY CHILDHOOD Major (130+ hours, electives may be needed)

The early childhood education major leads to licensure to teach birth through grade three. A minor is not required with the early childhood major, however it is advised to add the elementary education major or a minor in special education. Career opportunities are available in public or private preschools and elementary schools.
