Fall 2010 - Creating impact: Challenging perspectives in leadership

Our goal for this year's Leadership retreat is to provide students with awareness, knowledge, and skills to be able to interact and succeed in the global society that we live in today.

The Leadership Retreat will focus on the following developomental areas:

• Professionalism
• Communication
• Organizational Culture/Group Dynamics
• Multicultural Competence
• Civic Engagement

Come take part in numerous workshops that will demonstrate how to apply your skills to lead and create change in your community!

Join us on Saturday, November 6th, 2010 at the Center for Multicultural Education (located on the 2nd floor of Maucker Union). The Multicultural Student Leadership Retreat is open to ALL students of the UNI community.
