Sessions will feature a panel of individuals from the community who will introduce the topic and give their views , followed by a small group discussion. The goal of the symposium is to give women from various geographical and ethnic backgrounds an opportunity to examine commonalities and establish supportive relationships.

 

Each session of the symposium will be held in Room 222 of the Black Hawk County YWCA. (425 Lafayette in Waterloo) The sessions will cost $5.00 to attend. Each session will run from 7:00 to 9:00 PM Refreshments will be provided.
