Why do you enjoy working with international students?

I love traveling because it’s an opportunity to talk with new people, to learn about cultures different from my own, and to find uniting similarities around the world.  Teaching international students every day is like traveling every day without the long, uncomfortable flight or shady hostel.  I get to welcome students from all over the world, interact with them, learn about their culture, and at the same time impart knowledge about my culture and the English language to enhance their experience in Iowa.
