The Culture and Intensive English Program (CIEP) is part of the University of Northern Iowa (UNI) under the Office of International Programs. 

The overall mission of the UNI CIEP is to provide International Students with quality intensive academic English language instruction and a cultural orientation to the United States in preparation for study at the University of Northern Iowa or other institution of higher learning

CIEP End of Session Information

December 17, 2014 --The January 2015 session will begin on January 13, 2015 and end on March 6, 2015. Students must pick up their schedules on Monday January 12, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the CIEP office, Bartlett Hall Room 3025. Grades from the Fall 2 2014 session will be available on your MyUNIverse by December 31, 2014. Students will also be able to pick up grade reports in the office on January 12. If you have any questions about your student visa and traveling, please contact the CIEP office before December 19, 2014
