Application Forms
How to Apply:
In order to process a new student into the program, we need the following items:
- Completed application form (listed below)
- Financial statement or financial guaranty report
- Copy of passport
- Payment of $275 (application fee) by check, cash, wire transfer, or money order
Once we receive these documents along with the application fee, we will send the applicant an admission letter, an I-20 form, a SEVIS receipt, housing contract information, and health forms to be completed.
Note: The CIEP does not normally offer scholarships or financial aid for study.
