Spending/Reimbursement Guidelines

MAJOR GRANTS

  • Ten copies of the completed application (application form, budget sheet, and narrative) must be submitted to the Office of the Dean of the College of Humanities and Fine Arts (CAC 266) by March 24, 2008.

  • All funds awarded must be spent between July 1, 2008 and May 31, 2009.

SMALL GRANTS

  • Applications will be accepted continuously throughout the academic year.

  • CHFA will award one Small Grant per faculty per academic year.

  • Small Grants are limited to a maximum amount of $300 for each award.

  • All awards must be spent before May 31, 2008.

PROBATIONARY GRANT

  • Available for full-time, non-tenured, tenure-track faculty.
  • Limited to a maximum amount of $500 for each award.
  • Probationary faculty may not receive more than two awards per period.
  • Applications for Major Grants will be evaluated by CHFA Major Grants Committee.
  • CHFA will award one grant per probationary faculty per academic year
  • All Awards must be spent before May 31, 2008.
